Project Execution and Monitoring: Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, performance, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and issues. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. Implement risk management processes to minimize project impact and ensure project continuity. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.
