FP&A Analyst

Permanent FP&A Analyst needed in Birmingham to partner with business, oversee financial systems and provide monthly reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Business partnering, monthly reporting and financial systems management
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Experience with Advanced Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Knowledge of Managing Public Money principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in business partnering with non-financial functions (preferable but not essential)

Working 2 days a week on-site in Birmingham, with a salary of £56k and sponsorship available if required.
