IT Infrastructure Engineer London, UK(Hybrid- 2 days ) Contract 6 Months Experience Key Skills · Creation of technical governance documentation, such as Solution Outline and High-Level Design as well as authoring Low Level Designs and technical specifications · Office 365 · MS Endpoint Manager (Intune / Autopilot) · Windows Server 2019 / 2022 · Server build process · Powershell · Design and Management of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure · Windows 11 · VMware including ESXi / vCentre · Windows Server and Desktop migration experience · Strong understanding of designing to meet security principles and compliance · Application \ Infrastructure migration skills Desirable Skills · Ensure our internal systems are managed to the highest standard by following industry best practice · Demonstrate good problem management ownership and prevention of SLA breach under Incident/Problem Management processes · Actively contribute to the development of existing and new IT process and procedures to enhance service transition and service operation lifecycle stages · Experience of working in a network heavily segregated by firewalls · Citrix Zen Desktop\Workspace · Citrix Netscaler · Appreciation of networking and the understanding of firewalls rules · Understanding of building a product that will result in zero findings on a penetration test · Terraform · Ansible · Application Layering · Active Directory · AWS · Azure Qualifications / certifications Desired Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working knowledge and experience Strong Understanding and appreciation of working on business-critical production infrastructure, applications and database services Microsoft/VMware/Citrix/Cisco certification Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
