We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Field Service Engineers.
No prior experience is required, as we will train you in all aspects of the job and provide a mentor to support your success.
You will be responsible for installations, fixing faults, and delivering great customer service, as well as diagnosing errors and technical problems and determining appropriate solutions.
- Install and maintain equipment and systems
- Diagnose errors and technical problems
- Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organisation
As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with no two days being the same.
You will work a 4-day week, consisting of 37.5 hours, with a mixture of 7.5 and 10 hour shifts.
The role involves working at heights and outside in all weather conditions.
You will be required to hold a UK manual driving license with no more than 8 points.

You will need to be able to build great relationships with customers, enjoy problem-solving, and find suitable solutions for customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime and performance-based commission.
