Pertemps Bristol Commercial have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join their thriving team, focussing on developing relationships with candidates and clients seeking permanent staff within the professional services industry. Pertemps Bristol Commercial are high-performing branch and due to their continued success are looking for a candidate who has an excellent track record in recruitment to manage the professional services desk which will be focussed on both client and candidate acquisition. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Role Responsibilities Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities. Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites. Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time. Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability. Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works. Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events. What’s in it for you Base salary up to £27,000 based on experience. Uncapped commission scheme with the ability to earn up to 30% on billings. 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing with service. 16-week training program teaching basic to advanced recruitment techniques.
