Chef de Partie Role at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our hotel kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work closely with senior chefs to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Place food orders as required for daily production and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality establishment.
  • Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
