Senior PA/EA to Directors Ipswich, Full Time, Mon-Fri, Permanent (Hybrid offered post probation) £45,000 to £50,000 + Highly competitive benefits package including generous company bonus. We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience in providing high level Senior PA/EA support to join our long-standing international client on a full time, permanent basis. They are seeking an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and develop strong working relationships at a senior level. Experience is key here as you will need to be able to apply well-developed Senior Executive/Personal Assistant skills and knowledge to this exciting, varied and pivotal role. You will need to be able to deliver professional, proactive and efficient support to business directors and maintain effective operation of their office at all times. Strong experience in the running and delivery of a varying degree of projects will also be required as will second to none organisational and influential skills. Outline of Role Requirements and Responsibilities * First point of contact for Company Directors, maintaining the effective working of their office in their absence. * Effective management of diaries ensuring scheduling of meetings, prioritising and management of appointments and necessary documentation is fulfilled. * Strong stakeholder relationship management ensuring concurrent working, collaboration and support. * Manage Company projects as assigned through to completion and support the Directors with facets of project delivery. * Prepare draft responses and ensure that cyclical and management deadlines for reports, review and budgets are met, liaising with associated stakeholders. * Manage correspondence and track incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure replies are produced within timeframes with a pre-emptive approach. * Pro-actively lead, compile and produce presentations for delivery by the Directors with minimal support. * Establish and maintain systems and procedures to support the efficient running of the office. * Effective management of travel and accommodation requirements with a proactive forward- thinking approach. * Complex diary, travel, meetings and correspondence management. *A full copy of the job specification will be shared as part of our screening process. Qualifications/Experience/Skills Required * Experience and strong working history within a Senior Executive/Personal Assistant position at Director level * Demonstrable Business Management support experience * Office management and/or strong project management experience with associated qualifications – highly preferable * Numeracy, financial management and budgetary skills * Accurate time management and prioritisation with minimal supervision * Able to manage change and ambiguity; demonstrate resilience and the ability to implement and adapt to change * Excellent planning and organisation skills, including the ability to make judgements regarding competing priorities and identify resources accordingly * Ability to build trust and develop strong working relationships at a senior level * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively at all levels * An expert in working to tight deadlines and managing a complex workload * Analytical and practical with a high level of resilience * Proactive forward thinking supportive approach * High level confidentiality with integrity, tact and diplomacy * Able to work both autonomously and cohesively within a wider team * Dynamic, energetic and able to think outside the box!
