Analytical Chemist

Role: Analytical Chemist Location: Liverpool area Role Purpose: A global pharmaceutical company in the Liverpool area is looking for an aspiring QC analyst to support in their Analytical testing. The QC analyst will be responsible for the analysis of pharmaceutical raw materials, drug substances, and finished products. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine and non-routine analyses. • Review data for GMP compliance. • Handle out-of-specification results. • Prepare and document reports. • Ensure high-quality service and GMP compliance. • Address customer queries. • Support audits. • Maintain a clean lab. • Mentor junior team members. Qualifications: • Degree in Chemistry or related field. • 3-7 years of pharmaceutical analysis experience. • Proficient in HPLC, Karl Fischer, Dissolution, UV spectroscopy. • Strong understanding of GMP and chromatographic techniques. • Proficient in MS Office. • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. • Flexible and adaptable.
