CARETAKER/JANITOR/HANDY PERSON

A resident handy caretaking matured person or a matured couple required to take care of a 6-unit apartment building (including the office in front) & 2 other locations which would require services once a week (or when called upon). In consideration of the services, the caretaker will receive a 1 bedroom apartment + all utility paid in + a parking on site + $500.00 monthly allowance. The location is close to 17th Ave. & 4th Str.
