And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.Job Summary:Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) actively participates in the company's social policy by taking into account human capital. He/she is in charge of implementing a Human Resources strategy consistent with the company's economic objectives, while integrating social responsibility into his/her thinking and actions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The HR Manager assigns to the HRBP a geographical sector in which to carry out his or her duties, within which he or she exercises operational responsibility for all HR themes: Strategic Workforce Planning, training, development, recruitment, personnel administration, remuneration and social benefits, social legislation, labor relations, discipline, health at work, etc.He/she must be able to replace his/her HRBP colleague in his/her sector in case of absence.Develop a particular responsibility/expertise for the entire company within the HR technical areas defined by the HR Manager.Support the HR Manager on all HR issues, actively collaborating with HRBP colleagues by following the social policy defined by the HR Manager.Inform the HR Manager of all subjects within his/her scope of activity.Drive continuous improvement of HR policy and support the company in its change policies.Lead working groups, training courses, etc., as required.Contribute to the maintenance of the HR Quality system and key HR indicators.Monitor legal practices/HR and corporate recommendations or guidelines.Provide support and coaching to operational/first line managers in managing relationships with their teams.Ensure compliance with legal and contractual rules.Support operational managers in the application of labour law and development of their teams.Responsible for the proper conduct of the internal evaluation system, annual performance appraisal and professional interviews.Participate in the preparation and meeting conduct of work unions meetings and in the coordination of social communication.Define and implement HR policies, sourcing tools, candidate management, and recruitment.Ensure positive development of the site's image through internal and external communication.Represent the company at external events, meetings with the Labor doctor, the Labor Inspector, by delegation of the HR Manager.Basic Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Human ResourcesMinimum 5 years of experience in Human ResourcesKnowledge in HR functions and processes: Strategic Workforce Planning, training, career, development, recruitment, personnel administration, compensation and benefits, social legislation.Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)Rigor and organizationExemplary loyaltyAbility to question him/herself and progressDynamism and entrepreneurshipRelational and listening skillsAbility to synthesize and analyzeAvailabilityKnowledge of HRIS/HR modules of SAP preferableProfil :West is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
