Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 4. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, in keeping with the school's Catholic ethos. Support the academic and personal development of students, ensuring individual progress is tracked and encouraged. Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and the senior leadership team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and well-being. Primary School Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally with Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is a plus). A commitment to uphold and promote the Catholic ethos of the school, although being Catholic is not essential. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
