Reservations Executive – Luxury Hotel & Spa, Derry/Londonderry Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality? Our client’s luxurious Hotel & Spa located in the heart of Derry/Londonderry is seeking an enthusiastic Reservations Executive to join their team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing all room bookings and handling enquiries with professionalism and care. You will play a crucial role in upholding the high standards of service that the hotel is known for, ensuring a seamless experience for your guests from the moment they enquire to the time they depart. What you’ll do: * Monitor all incoming reservations and correspondence, ensuring timely responses in line with company standards * Process payments for room bookings and maintain accurate billing procedures * Answer phone calls with the hotel’s “Tone of Voice,” delivering a high level of service and professionalism * Stay up-to-date on the hotel’s services, packages, and room rates to handle guest enquiries and bookings effectively * Build strong relationships with departments such as Reception, Accounts, and Sales * Upsell rooms and secure revenue from no-shows, while continuously improving internal processes * Manage group bookings, including contractual concession assignments and accurate billing * Supervise provisional bookings, release dates, and ensure departmental SOPs are adhered to * Support the training of new reservations team members, ensuring health and safety procedures are followed * Assist in achieving guest satisfaction and room revenue goals by working closely with Front Office operations * Address guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance service levels * Collaborate with the accounting team on billing coordination and maintain front office supplies * Respond to all third-party platform messages * Perform other related duties as assigned by management, ensuring a smooth reservations operation.
