1:1 Teaching Assistant Bootle

Your new company I am working with a school in the Bootle area who are looking for an experienced level 2 Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 role in the year 1 class. The school is looking for someone to work until at least Christmas, with a possible extension in the new year depending on funding. Your new role The school is looking for someone to support a child with global delay and additional needs, including challenging behaviour at times. The child is in year 1 and needs support to engage in the curriculum, within classroom activities and may sometimes need to be taken out of the classroom if they are struggling. You will support the teacher with general classroom duties, as well as supporting small groups with lower ability.
