Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister – Brentwood, CM14 A busy, dynamic and highly successful Estate Agency based in Brentwood CM14, are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator with listing experience. The successful candidate will be comfortable working towards targets and under pressure. This is an all-encompassing and very varied role which would suit a highly driven, personable and self-motivated individual. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: * Ability to bring in new business * Booking valuations * Ability to carry out Market appraisals, maintain a solid average fee and command a good conversion rate * Register applicant’s details and property requirements * Identifying potential buyers and securing viewings * Accompanying prospective buyers to view properties * Follow up viewings and secure offers * Negotiating offers between Vendors and buyers * Keeping in touch closely and regularly with vendors and buyers and building up good rapport and relationships * Photographing properties and advertising them on relevant property portals * Prioritise daily workload and work to deadlines * Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market * Providing excellent customer service The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills * Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment * Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way * Enjoy working in a team environment * A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually * Experience would be an advantage but not essential * Have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment * The ideal candidate will be a strong team player and possess excellent 5 star customer service skills as well as be smartly and professionally presented and a hard worker. * The successful candidate must also have a good local knowledge of Brentwood and the surrounding area and obtain a full UK driving licence and have their own car.
