Area of Interest: Project management and agile methodologyA career as a Product Owner in the Privacy Transformation (PRP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategic Program at National Bank means acting as a Product Owner for the Personal Information Access Management (HAND) and the Unstructured data and environments project. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your positive leadership, your sense of priorities and your sense of organization.Responsibilities:Act as a Product Owner (PO) in complex projects that translate into functionalities.Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the achievement of the roadmap for the development of solutions.Slice and sequence a target vision in order to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors, which includes: building and managing the product backlog that allows the business vision to be achieved and prioritizing the MVP (minimum viable product) to the delivery team based on business value.Accompany and support adaptation to change, obtain buy-in from others and manage resistance to change.Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.Your Team:The GARP and the Unstructured data and environments initiatives are part of the initiatives of the PRP-AI Transformation Program. You will report to a Senior Director within the Office of Privacy, ESG and AI with multidisciplinary profiles. In your day-to-day, you will be part of a program with a functional structure of several members organized into squads including a team PO and 1 team PM and business analysts; inter alia.Our apprenticeship-in-action training programs allow you to master your craft.
