A leading dental group near Bristol is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Practice Manager to oversee the operations of four practices. This pivotal role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering exceptional patient care, and driving business performance. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for practice management to support the growth and success of our group. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: * Oversee daily operations across multiple practices within the group. * Develop and maintain efficient office systems and workflows. * Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, including CQC standards. Team Leadership: * Recruit, train, and supervise office staff, dental nurses, and administrative personnel. * Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Financial Management: * Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and payroll. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met. * Develop strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency. Patient Experience and Relations: * Manage patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes. * Address patient concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. * Introduce strategies to improve patient experience and engagement. Quality Assurance: * Implement and maintain robust quality assurance protocols. * Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety procedures. * Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies. Qualifications and Skills Required: * CQC-registered or eligible to register. * A minimum of 5 years’ experience in dental practice management. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams. * Knowledge of dental procedures, billing, and insurance processes. * Familiarity with industry compliance standards and regulations. * Proficiency in dental management software. * Willingness to travel between practices when required
