Job Summary:
The Product Management Division oversees all aspects of product management across L-Acoustics' products and services: Loudspeakers, Electronics, Software, Services and Solutions. This division is responsible for defining product requirements, developing roadmaps, and managing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
The Director of Product Management, Electronics, will be the leader of the Electronics branch of Product Management, overseeing and developing a team of dedicated Product & Technology Marketing Engineers and Application Design Engineers, dedicated to our Electronics discipline.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Research and Analysis: Define success metrics, conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and SWOT analysis.
Product & Market Strategy: Translate business strategy into product strategy, develop product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with market needs.
Product Development & Lifecycle: Develop detailed product requirements, interface with R&D, evaluate new technologies, and oversee product development.
Support & Evangelism: Promote products through marketing campaigns, training, and customer engagement.
Key-user Relations: Engage with key users for market feedback and maintain industry influencer relationships.
Communication & Reporting: Develop communication strategies for product roadmaps and release progress.
Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and develop a diverse team, set goals, and provide training.
What you'll need to succeed:
Master's degree in a relevant field, engineering or business.
10+ years of product management leadership experience in a fast-paced, high growth and premium environment, ideally with Electronics solutions.
Experience managing and developing a team of product managers.
Deep understanding of audio technology and the professional audio industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Market Leader Mindset.
Candidate is expected to be based either in France or Germany which allows an easier access to our sites.
Travel opportunity up to 30%.
