About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and align with our company values.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food preparation.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop new business opportunities and grow our client base.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
