About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our food and beverage operations at Butlin's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving brand profit and growth, and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage venues, ensuring a consistent delivery of a high-quality guest experience.
- Monitor and manage the venue's P&L, guest NPS, and feedback, taking action to address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including guest NPS, feedback, and sales growth, to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving guest satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
