Our client, a Global Workday Customer, is seeking a dynamic Senior Workday specialist to drive HR process design, implementation and be the main point of contact for all Workday matters globally. In your role as a Workday Product Lead, you will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders on a global scale, guiding them through new implementations and enhancement projects. Serving as a key expert, you'll play a pivotal role in all HR digital optimisations, bringing a strategic perspective and making substantial contributions to both new Workday implementations and improvement projects. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing all Workday update processes, and you'll take the lead in managing external consultants who support Workday initiatives under your guidance. Workday Product Lead - Requirements: Solid professional experience in Workday Administration and Project Management Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and either with Compensation, Absence or Time Tracking Proficiency with Data management, Reporting and Security Knowledge of Talent Management and Recruiting are a strong advantage Solution-oriented mindset, adaptable, team player and with excellent communication skills Availability to work on-site on a weekly basis Fluency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in French is an advantage Our client, a pioneer in technology initiatives is looking to welcome the new Workday Product Lead to join their innovative team and make a significant impact within a global and growing organisation.
