In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, engineering, design, and marketing teams, to propose a product roadmap, provide regular updates on product progress and changes in direction.You will have a deep understanding of users and customers, and how the products are being used to formulate the product roadmap. You will stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs through market research and user feedback. Experience of working with Enterprise customers will get you bonus points.Your key responsibilities include:Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market needs, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and market trends to deliver products that exceed expectations.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to build consensus and support for product initiatives.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.Product Launches: Oversee the successful launch and go-to-market strategy for new product features and releases.Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.What will help you to be successful in this role?Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.In addition, our humble wishlist would be that you:Are organized and detail-oriented.Have enterprise customer experience, and you're used to working with Enterprise leaders.Are able to kick the ground running and help us to rollout one of our biggest enterprise customers with over 300 clinics nationwide.Have excellent communication skills in English.Knowledge, Experience, and CapabilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products.Experience leading enterprise product teams and managing complex projects.Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.What’s in it for you?
