About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Development Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will play a key role in leading, supporting, and continuously improving the clinical governance and quality of care for residents in our care homes across the West Midlands.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the performance of each home, ensuring it meets the highest clinical standards. You will review the clinical governance database and KPIs of each home, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them. Additionally, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality care and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care in our care homes
- Review and analyze clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to address clinical governance and quality of care issues
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote high-quality care and patient safety
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
- Proven experience in clinical governance and quality improvement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
