About the Role

As a Senior Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon. You will lead improvement projects and programmes, using strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Your responsibilities will extend beyond process improvements, and you will contribute to improving other areas of the business, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organisations
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritise improvement programmes, seeing them through from start to finish
• Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders

Our ability to sort and deliver packages from multiple fulfillment centers across Europe accurately and efficiently enables fast and reliable delivery service. As the Amazon Middle Mile network continues to diversify and grow, the need to innovate on our existing infrastructure and improve customer experience while continuing to grow our footprint becomes increasingly necessary and urgent.

Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks.
