Job Summary: Experienced IT Service Desk Support Analyst sought to provide technical support to clients, ensuring smooth operation of company's IT infrastructure. Provide 1st and 2nd line support to clients logging issues via Service Desk application. Ensure company's IT infrastructure functions smoothly in London and branch offices. To achieve this, we are looking for someone with: * Experience working in a Service Desk environment * Familiarity with Service Desk ticketing applications * Excellent communication skills, fluent in English * Basic understanding of computer networks * Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory * Familiarity with mobile telecommunications Key responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues * Provide technical guidance and support to clients * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations * Stay up-to-date with new technologies and procedures * Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues
