CONTEXTThe mission will take place within the framework of the project for implementing "Trade surveillance" tools related to market abuse and will involve assisting the project team on functional aspects.RESPONSIBILITIESSolid experience in compliance/regulatory contextsA good understanding of market abuse regulations and behaviors will be advantageousPractical knowledge of Python is necessary for handling large datasetsExperience in operational risk management, review, or similar roles, such as risk control, is a plusREQUIREMENTSMinimum of 8 years of experienceKnowledge of market abuse regulations: MAR (Market Abuse Regulation), MIFID2Products: derivatives, FX, rates (govies, derivatives), credit (financial instruments)Market data, pre and post-trade processesAbility to prepare precise test scripts (reference data, market data, order, and transaction data)Strong experience in data manipulation in capital marketsFluent in English (will be tested during the interview)PREFERREDExperience in implementing detection logic/models for market abuse (e.g., internal systems, Actimize) and/or user interface implementationStrong experience in defining business requirements around market abuse behaviors/modelsKnowledge of trading platform environmentsKnowledge of compliance regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
