Building strong relationships with clients and shareholders. Ensuring control of costs, deadlines, performance, and product quality. Supervising the planning and coordinating contractors. Ensuring permits are secured to execute the construction project. Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams. Your Profile - Skills: Mastery of building techniques. Regulatory and legal knowledge. Mastery of tendering processes for public-private partnerships. Project management software (architecture and project), CAD, BIM. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team management and leadership. Negotiation and leadership skills.
