Porter Mon to Fri 8am-3pm London NW8 £30k A luxury mansion block situated in St John’s Wood is looking for an experienced and customer focused Porter. Whilst on duty you will be situated on the reception desk where you will be responsible meeting and greeting residents and addressing any queries, monitoring the CCTV, reporting any faults or damage and overseeing maintenance work in communal areas, parcel management, and issuing and storing keys in compliance with security procedures. The right candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be vigilant, calm under pressure and brimming with initiative
