Senior Structural CAD Technician

A fantastic opportunity is available for an ambitious and driven Senior Structural CAD Technician to become a leading part of a highly regarded, independent engineering consultancy who are looking to welcome the successful applicant to play an important part in the detailing and modelling of a wide range of projects delivered across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Having developed a strong reputation for delivering high quality work for its client base, our client are open to Technicians at all levels of experience who have worked in either a consultancy, contractor or building products manufacturing role. With experience working with steel, concrete, timber and masonry the ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD with proven track record in delivering high standards of draughtsmanship, while experience with Revit is desirable though not essential. Upon joining our client you will play an important part in the detailing and modelling of a wide range of building structures projects liaising closely with engineers to ensure accurate drawing representation, carrying out steel and concrete layout drawings and reinforcement detailing and scheduling.
