Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced company looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy, generating new business, and nurturing existing client relationships. As a Business Development Executive you will be someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, is performance-driven environment and passionate about achieving results. Key Responsibilities: * Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Present and sell company products and services to prospective customers. * Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Experience and Skills Requirements: * Previous B2B experience desired but not essential * Target-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals. * Proactive and self-motivated to pursue new business opportunities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships. * Confident negotiator with strong influencing and persuasion abilities. * Ability to identify market trends and capitalize on them for business growth. * Skilled in lead generation, prospecting, and managing the sales pipeline. * Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute business growth initiatives. * Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, competitive environment. * Strong presentation skills to pitch solutions effectively to clients. * Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
