Our client is an innovative, tech-forward company dedicated to improving job hunting and hiring processes. They are driven by the collective mission to promote inclusive employment and decent work for all. They are currently in search of a National Sales Manager to service their book of business.
ABOUT THE POSITION
This is not a typical 9-5 desk job, and each day will look a bit different. In this role, you will oversee 3-5 reps to start. You’ll be client-focused, providing the best tech-enabled solution to meet your client's needs and top-shelf customer service. You will be fully supported by their in-house Marketing Team in your sales efforts. Your workday will be a blend of working at the office and being on the road doing business development and/or conducting client site visits.
You will play an integral role in maintaining existing and developing new business relationships with industry clients in your territory. You’re not afraid to go knocking on these doors to gain high-volume temporary recruitment business.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Business to business (B2B) sales for strategic and national accounts
Account development - contacting existing clients and finding ways to upsell and grow existing accounts
Daily qualified lead generation to meet KPIs
Target setting for your region, generating weekly and monthly reports, and creating action plans to hit individual and team goals
Host daily team meetings to prioritize job orders for individuals and address concerns
Manage Business Support Specialist team by leveraging their technology to make placements
Enter and maintain accurate client and candidate information in CRM
Handle and resolve client issues and/or concerns
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
Base salary starting at $85K + lucrative bonus plan (OTE between $105K - $130K)
3 weeks vacation to start
THE REQUIREMENTS
Our client is looking for a go-getter, with excellent work ethic, integrity, and accountability. If you are a highly motivated and hungry individual that understands success comes with hard work and you don’t give up easily, you’ll fit right in. You want to keep learning, are self-motivated, and approach challenges with tenacity. Requirements include:
5+ years in a sales management position
3+ years in staffing or RPO environment
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work
Desire to be in a result-oriented and KPI-driven environment
Tech-savvy and experience working with a client relationship management platform (CRM)
B2B sales background preferred
