School Kitchen Supervisor

Manpower are recruiting a Kitchen Supervisor for our client in NG8. Working as part of a busy school kitchen, duties will include: Ensuring the smooth & efficient running of the kitchen, including training, staff induction, supervision and stock management Assist the head chef in ensuring all hygiene and health & safety requirements are met Ensure high standards are met and maintained when making food Record all required data in regard to food safety Having an active involvement of creating new dishes for upcoming menusThe successful candidate will: Have an Enhanced DBS, or be willing to undertake a check Have experience working with fresh ingredients and have good cookery skills Have experience leading from the front and supervising a team Be a team player with strong people skills Monday to Friday 7am-2pm TERM TIME ONLY. £12.20 - £12.62 per hour paid weekly every Friday CONTACT ELLA TODAY
