Job Title: Project Management InternResponsibilities:Conduct research and perform market analysis to support ongoing projects, producing comprehensive reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations.Assist in creating presentations and briefing documents for stakeholders, detailing project progress, market insights, and competitor analysis.Assist the project management team in tracking the progress of various projects to ensure they meet deadlines and stay within scope and budget.Update project plans and schedules as required, coordinating with team members to identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions.Provide administrative assistance by organizing and maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, and relevant correspondence.Facilitate communication between different departments involved in the project, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and responsibilities.Provide ad-hoc project support as needed, taking on various roles depending on project demands and urgency.Skills Required:Master's degree; preferably with related job or industry experience.Proficiency in French, English, and Chinese.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams.Preferably with a driving license.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #J-18808-Ljbffr
