Reporting to the CTO/CPO, the Lead Architect will be responsible for guiding the technological direction of the company, ensuring our products are built on robust, scalable architectures, and driving innovation across the team. This role is pivotal linking technology and business, requiring a strategic leader and a hands-on architect. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.MISSIONSTechnological StrategyDefine and drive the technological strategy aligned with the company’s goals.Assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on the company’s roadmap.Provide thought leadership on technology trends and best practices.Lead ArchitectDesign and oversee the architecture of complex software and systems.Ensure that the technology stack is robust, scalable, secure, and aligns with evolving industry standards.Collaborate with development teams to implement architectural guidelines and best practices.Innovation and P.O.C.Lead the development of Proof of Concepts (P.O.C.) to validate new technologies and approaches.Rapidly address critical challenges through targeted, effective technical solutions.Promote a culture of continuous learning and rapid experimentation.Presales and Technical SupportProvide technical expertise to support sales teams during client engagements and proposal processes.Present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Assist in crafting tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.Representation and AdvocacyRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Serve as a spokesperson for the company’s technological vision and capabilities.Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners, and the broader tech community.WE OFFERCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.PROFILE• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred with 7+ years of work experience.• Experience as a former Startup C.T.O., former Tech Lead or similar role with proven architectural background.• Deep knowledge of modern software development practices, architectures, backend (Typescript, Node.js, PostGre, Docker) & frontend (Vue.js, Tailwind, Nuxt) technologies.
