Job Type: Full-time 39 hours, (Maternity Cover)

Salary:

• 39-hour contract: £32,860 - £35,860 (including sleep-in rate)
• Sleep-in rate: £55.00 (average of 1 sleep-in per week)

The Role: Deputy Manager

As a Deputy Manager with Lily Residential Services, you will utilize your experience working with vulnerable children and/or those with multiple and complex needs to make a positive impact. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
• Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
• Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided

Requirements:

• Experience working with vulnerable children and/or those with complex needs
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
