We have an exciting opportunity for a driven hotel Spa Manager to join the management team at a picturesque 4* property near Farnham, Surrey. As Spa manager you will play a pivotal part in the implementation of this facility and will be responsible for driving the revenue of all business centres in the Spa as well as being an ambassador for the facilities and products on offer.

The Person

The Successful Hotel Spa Manager will have the following:

• Have spa management experience in a similar setting
• Be a confident and natural people person who can lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer service
• A genuine passion for health and well-being.
• The ability to recruit, motivate, support and train the Spa team.
• The motivation to continually exceed guest expectations and develop The Spa offering.
• A driven Spa Manager who excels in delivering every time
• Ideally familar with Elemis products
• Must be hands a on therapist
• Drive or live locally to Farnham
