Assistant Store Manager

Job Requirements: Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, staff training, and scheduling. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Lead by example and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed. Oversee staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to promote growth and development. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain store cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards. Assist in implementing promotional initiatives and marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. Monitor sales performance and assist in developing strategies for improvement. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the food service industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Passion for healthy food and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
