AXA IM AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) is a responsible asset manager, actively investing for the long-term to help its clients, its people and the world to prosper. Description of the department AXA IM Prime is the private assets one-stop platform of AXA IM, offering investments across private equity, infrastructure equity, private debt and hedge funds. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn of alternative assets, with EUR5bn of commitments p.a. to further be deployed over the next 3 years. 3. The main responsibilities of the role The role-holder will support the GP Stake Investments team and contribute to building and executing the investment strategy. Your role and responsibilities will include: Assist the investment team in various aspects of the investment process Perform market screening to support the creation of the deal flow Analysis and update of market valuations database based on listed comparables, market transactions and analysts notes Drafting of monthly newsletter related to GP Stake activity dedicated to AXA IM Prime Carry out financial and strategic analyses as well as financial modelling of potential investment opportunities Conduct research on key themes in line with our investment strategy Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects related to our activity Votre profil 4. Profile We welcome different combinations of skills & experiences. Your qualifications and experience: Undertaking a masters or advanced degree in Finance / Economics Previous experience in M&A Investment banking, Private Equity or Management Consulting is highly preferred Your knowledge and skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to manage databases and reporting tools Excellent writing skills Proven ability to multi-task and produce quality work with attention to detail within tight deadlines A hard-working, dynamic and proactive self-starter enjoying entrepreneurial environments True team player Fluent English speaker Good communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word 5.
