Inbound Customer Service Representative

Actively looking for applicants based in Alberta.This role is REMOTE. Train from home and work from home. We offer PAID TRAINING.We have a permanent full-time opportunity and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational scheduled between the operating hours ofMonday to Saturday between 5am to 8:15pm MST (7am to 10:15 pm EST)This position starts on October 21, 2024,successful candidates MUST be available to start.ResponsibilitiesAssist and market products and services to new and existing customersAssist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepanciesDocument customer accounts accuratelyRespect and uphold privacy and protection of customer informationMeet and exceed individual targets and performance expectationsQualificationsMust bring your own device.
