Production Line Manager Role: Lead a Team to Achieve Zero Errors and Maintain Set Targets

You'll oversee a production line for a fast-growing food company, managing a team to achieve zero errors while meeting targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the performance of a production line
• Manage people, processes, and systems to meet key targets
• Deliver against operational KPIs
• Liaise and communicate with the Shift Manager
• Continuously improve processes and identify areas for improvement
• Inspire team members to care about customers, brand, and products
• Maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Assertive with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
• Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment
• Ability to solve problems using own initiative
• FMCG and grocery retail knowledge desirable
• Previous experience managing a team
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build team ownership and maintain high morale
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
