Position Overview: As a Junior Account Manager at Future Education Limited, you will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with quality candidates. You will work closely with schools and educational institutions, offering recruitment support and helping to maintain strong client relationships. The role will involve learning the ropes of client management, business development, and recruitment operations. You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment that is dedicated to making a difference in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with schools, and ensuring staffing needs are met. Work closely with Senior Account Managers to source and place educators in schools. Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our recruitment solutions. Conduct client meetings to understand staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment services. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure a consistent flow of quality candidates. Help manage administrative tasks related to client accounts, including candidate documentation and compliance. Attend networking events and client meetings to develop new business opportunities. Participate in team meetings to discuss targets, strategy, and areas for improvement. Requirements: A passion for education and helping schools and educators succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential. Some knowledge of the education sector would be advantageous. A desire to progress in a recruitment-focused role within the education sector.
