Site Services Engineer Permanent Cheddar £15 per hour A leading Electromechanical Services provider is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team, responsible for conducting site visits, servicing, repairs, and installations. This hands-on role will support the smooth operation of customer equipment and ensure timely, efficient service. The Role * Conduct site visits, servicing, repairs, and installations as directed by the Site Service Supervisor. * Complete all required documentation, including risk assessments, and submit to the Site Service Supervisor after job completion. * Adhere strictly to Health and Safety protocols. * Complete and submit daily timesheets following company procedure. * Be available for call-out shifts (as per the rota) and overtime to support our 24/7 breakdown service. The Person * Experience in a field-based engineering role * Strong knowledge of electric motors, gearboxes, and pumps * Electrical expertise, particularly with three-phase systems and inverters. * Previous experience in a similar industry (essential). * Mechanical and electrical engineering background. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Customer-focused with a professional approach. * Full driving licence is essential (company vehicle provided). * Willingness to attend call-outs and work outside regular hours.
