You need to talk French or German fluently, with good knowledge of English. You have to promote our real estate project with good marketing. We need someone for 6 months (no less). You are interested in living in Berlin, spending time in different parts of Berlin? Great, you can continue to read. You are responsible for Project Management - 50% Assisting the project manager in every step of the preparation and promotion of a real estate program. Marketing & Video - 50% Manage the marketing of all our real estate projects (website updating, Exposé writing) - 15% Manage the photo & video shooting of flats with our specific software - 20% Editing 360° virtual tours - 5% Contributing alongside the marketing team to the making of our flat videos to drive a greater audience and increase sales turnover - 10% In this context, you will be moving in all Berlin; after 6 months with us, you will know Berlin like the back of your hand. We are looking for...You? You like photography even if you are not a professional. You are creative in order to have nice videos and shooting of Berlin. You like social media (YouTube, etc.). You speak French or German fluently; if you speak only English, it is not enough, sorry. You are communicative, open, reliable, and distinguish yourself through a quick grasp and flexibility. You have very good IT skills (WordPress, Canva, CapCut). You have gained initial work experience through an internship or a part-time job.
