Our rapidly growing team is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Programmer Analyst. This position is based in Montreal, Quebec. Main responsibilities Configure, modify, and enhance core systems, including Experlogix, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and SmartConnect. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is an asset. Ensure the development, deployment, and maintenance of production information tools. Recommend modifications to systems, propose new ideas aligned with market trends, and explore emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems. Work proactively with IT and other teams to develop systems that achieve shared quality and efficiency goals. Coordinate testing (in partnership with the IT Business Analyst if needed) and manage production deployment. Provide support to users of administrative, network, and Internet systems to address issues promptly and efficiently. Conduct training to empower process owners. Qualifications and experience Relevant diploma in computer science or other relevant training. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills. In-depth knowledge in SQL programming, SSRS, C#, .NET, JavaScript and HTML. Bilingual (French and English) both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our English- and French-speaking internal teams and partners. Key competencies Strong analytical skills.
