The UK Customer Collaboration Manager role is a critical position that requires a strong leader to manage and ensure the highest levels of service are delivered to our customers. As a key member of the Customer Service & Logistics team, you will lead a customer team, working closely with the sales team to drive operational excellence, optimize joint costs, and develop improved processes and initiatives to enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute a Customer-Centric Agenda to drive continuous improvement of the order-to-delivery process and deliver agreed KPIs, and a Joint Supply Plan measured through Customer Scorecards to support our Growth agenda.
- Lead a High-Performing Customer Collaboration Team to create a motivated and focused team that works collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
- Champion the Voice of the Customer and work across CS&L to maximize OTIF performance and ensure a coherent and fully integrated customer agenda.
- Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, CS&L, Commercial, MSC, MEU Customer Tower, MBS OTC, and external bodies.
Requirements
- Extensive Customer Supply Chain or Commercial Experience with a strong background in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Leadership and Team Management Skills to lead a team of direct and indirect reports and develop a people strategy to optimize team capabilities.
- Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at senior levels and build strong relationships.
- Analytical Understanding of Service Drivers and ability to develop strategy and frame information effectively.
- Fluent English (verbal and written) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) and SAP.
