Description Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent across various departments, including clinical, operational, technical, and support roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, providing guidance on role requirements and developing recruitment plans. Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pools, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by managing the recruitment process effectively, from initial contact through to on-boarding. Work with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand. Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and quality of hire, to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations. Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes, ensuring a broad and diverse candidate pool.
