Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent across various departments, including clinical, operational, technical, and support roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, providing guidance on role requirements and developing recruitment plans.
Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pools, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by managing the recruitment process effectively, from initial contact through to on-boarding.
Work with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand.
Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and quality of hire, to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes, ensuring a broad and diverse candidate pool.
Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality.Profile
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
