To do that, you will be there to answer our clients' questions and build strong relationships with them which will allow you to successfully identify new business opportunities and guide them more efficiently.Your daily tasksCommunicate with customers to understand their needs, and help them through email/phone callsBuild and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respectEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesLiaise between the customer and internal teamsResolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processesResponsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basisKeep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notesIncrease customer retention and upsellManage & resolve complex customer situationsBuild and improve dashboards and workflows to simplify the teams’ performance by automating repetitive tasksDesign and implement efficient reporting to Management, including analysis of retention metrics and improvement suggestionsYou are a fit for this role if you...Have a sales mindset and analytical skills to leverage data in decision making processes.Have a natural ability of developing relationships and caring for your clients.Have previous experience in account management or sales.Are confident when it comes to interpersonal and collaboration skills.Feel excited about working in a fast paced environment focused on scalability.Speak English as your first language (French is a plus)Are located in Paris and comfortable working on shifted hours (for access to the US market).We would be a great match for you if you are looking for:Private health insurance (by Alan, 100% covered by Greenly).Your monthly transportation fee 50% covered by Greenly (Pass Navigo).Lunch vouchers (by EKIP for a more sustainable way of eating!)Flexible WFH policy and a beautiful office in the heart of Paris.A permanent contract in statut cadre including 8-10 RTT per year in addition to your 25 legal paid holidays.An ambitious, welcoming & friendly team excited about growing together and ready to tackle the biggest challenge of our time.The recruitment processHave an introduction call with Sabina, our Talent Acquisition Manager.Work on a case studyPresent your case study to Corentin (your future Manager) and another member of the team.Meet our Leadership team #J-18808-Ljbffr
