Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, upgrading, and management of IT systems, including servers, networks, hardware, and software. Ensure high availability and redundancy of key IT services (geometry dash lite, network, servers, storage, etc.). Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and security protocols to protect company data. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT support team, providing guidance on technical issues and professional development. Delegate tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to best practices. Project Management: Manage IT projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring progress. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Implement new systems and upgrade existing systems with minimal downtime and disruptions. Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including hardware/software providers and service providers. Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and the appropriate allocation of resources. Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements for IT services and products. Network and Security: Ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure is secure by implementing firewalls, encryption, antivirus, and regular security assessments. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO). Implement access control policies, monitor for security breaches, and take corrective action when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT management or leadership roles. Strong technical knowledge in areas like networking, server management, virtualization, cloud computing, and security. Proven experience managing IT projects from inception to completion. Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts. Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO, NIST). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
