Have you worked in a UK Mainstream Secondary school as a Teaching Assistant? Have you worked with Teenagers? The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working in a Mainstream School assisting with SEN pupils that have needs such as Autism and ADHD. Some pupils will be performing in their lessons at a low ability and therefore will need 1-1 support. You will be working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils are effecitvely progressing. The School - Mainstream Secondary School The school is a 'Good' Mixed Mainstream Secondary School with pupils aged between 11-19 years old. The school is part of an Academy. There are 1200 pupils that attend the school.
