Import/Export Operator

A well-established freight forwarding client of mine is seeking someone with an operational background. Must have either import/export experience working directly for a freight forwarders. Main Duties: • Calculating, negotiating and preparing freight quotations • Managing imports from start to finish • Preparing shipping documentation • Working collaboratively with other departments • Following up quotes • Developing relationships with clients and shipping lines • Managing accounts Requirements • Previous experience within a freight forwarding company • Customs regulations knowledge (Desirable) • High level of communication skills If you background and skill set looks like a good match please apply and we will be in contact in due course
