Chichester College have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Marketing Co-ordinator at our Crawley campus. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £23,497 - £25,678 per annum pro rata (i.e. £11,748.50 - £12,839).
The Marketing Co-ordinator role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and creative marketing professional to join our Marketing and Communications team at the Chichester College Group (CCG) on a maternity cover basis. We have ambitious plans and we need talented marketing professionals to join us on our journey.
Based at Crawley or Brighton Metropolitan College, you will support the delivery of marketing activity and events to raise awareness and increase recruitment onto a wide range of courses and qualifications offered across the colleges within CCG. You will be providing advice and guidance on innovative and creative marketing solutions to support growth and future provision.
Working within an established brand, you will be involved in the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, which utilise a mix of print, digital and events to support marketing activity. Alongside this, you will work with other members of the Marketing team to integrate focused activity across our websites, social media platforms and maximise exposure through PR and media opportunities.
As our Marketing Co-ordinator – Higher Education & Adult, you will hold, or be working towards a marketing qualification or have sufficient industry experience which is consummate to this role.
Due to the nature of the job, some evening and weekend work may be required.
Key Responsibilities of our Marketing Co-ordinator:
Contributing to the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns which utilise a mix of print, digital and events to support Higher Education and Adult activity.
Contributing to the production and monitoring of campaign schedules which incorporate objectives, messaging, design, deadlines, budget and methods of evaluation.
Co-ordinating the production of materials to support marketing activity, including defining the brief, organising design, managing suppliers, meeting deadlines, within budget.
Co-ordinating the integration of campaigns and events across all websites and online platforms, working closely with relevant team members to ensure maximum exposure, accuracy and appropriate use.
Working closely with the PR & Communication Team to maximise media opportunities.
Working with the Marketing Officer to incorporate relevant digital and social media content to support campaigns.
Co-ordinating the production, delivery and distribution of appropriate printed collateral, including prospectuses.
Liaising with the Sales team to develop and deliver Higher Education and Adult activity.
Being involved in the selection and liaison with suppliers to obtain costs, manage production and delivery, ensuring value for money.
Our ideal Marketing Co-ordinator should have the below skills and experience:
Level 3 qualification(s) in related subject(s) e.g. IT, Communications and English
Experience in promoting products or events
Experience in project management and managing multiple projects
The ability to communicate to a diverse range of people at all levels, verbally and in writing
Flexible and proactive approach
